Good things about getting old

One of the good things about getting old is that I can see advice, including advice from respected professionals, and say "Yeah, whatever, I'm going to keep doing what I know works for me" and proceed to completely ignore it without a shred of guilt or misgiving.

Another nice thing about getting older is that after years of experience, when I slop some milk into a pan to make Mexican chocolate I usually end up with the exact amount I need for my favorite mug.

It was more than “writing a letter” she was sending threats to Rocker’s boss and kinda making it sound like it was a swat member doing it. She could have gotten in serious legal trouble and also gotten Rocker fired and it was really stupid of her not to think about any of that before sending the threat.
